Welcome to The Silver Scene, a site where seniors all over the world can come and find useful information, helpful resources and a forum where they can chat with each other about topics that are of interest to them.

The site is currently under construction, with content being added ready for our launch in late September, 2010.  At the launch there will be a large amount of content available to you, the subscribers, on topics such as household tips and activities, cooking, money management and budgeting, travel guides, activities for children in your care, craft and hobby suggestions and tips, a medical professional’s advice on your general health and well being, and a selection of great slide shows for your enjoyment.

There will be monthly competitions you can enter, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the site not only by participating in the forum but by researching and writing your own articles that we may be able to post onto the site.  There will be more information about this inside the members area.
